They have offered a solution and I'm going to take it.
Ordered the wrong size,sent them an email as their phone number just goes to voicemail and this is the response I got:
"Hi Donna, thank you for your email, the easiest solution for your replacement is to provide you 50% discount on the replacement and you can keep your current shoes, would you like to use this offer?"
I answered back that, no, I want to return them as I have no use for shoes that no one in the family can wear. Since then its been crickets.

Don't purchase the dhl shipping. I purchased my order on November 4 with expedited shipping. Here it is December 3 and still haven't received the item yet. Their customer service stinks keeps saying same thing over and over again.

My precious granddaughter picked 2 FULL outfits for her birthday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. After a few weeks, I received a tiny package with 2 poor quality leggings--no matching tops. When I sent emails (see photo attachments), I only received one response. Now my granddaughter is gone and I am missing the money. The leggings were the quality of a 99 Cents Store. Do not make this purchase. I am filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and all other review sites.

I ordered a bed set, it never came. I requested a refund and they told me they'd send my order again. I order this in October and still waiting and still not here. Requested a refund again and nothing not even a response! DID NT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered one of those skull purses they are advertising on Facebook, with the 4.7k comments. It's garbage. The photo they have on site is highly misleading and heavily filtered. The actual "purse" is poor quality made out of the cheapest hard plastic. It's very very small. No zipper. It looks like something a little child would carry their crayons in. It took forever to get delivered in the first place so, rather than asking for a refund, I threw it directly into my recycling bin. I beg you, do not order this thing. It's so awful, it's hilarious!

Just Love Skulls is a scam. Save your money and shop elsewhere. My experience with them has been absolutely awful. I ordered a Christmas themed t shirt, with the hope of giving it as a Christmas gift. After 31 days of waiting for my delivery, there is no sign of the shirt. They are refusing to provide me with ANY tracking information, and also refusing to do a full refund. If you read customer reviews from any REAL customers, then you will see that this company is one that you really want to steer clear of.

Ordered a couple items 2 months before Christmas and was assured they would be delivered in time to give as gifts. It has been over 6 months and I still dont have both items I ordered and they are giving me the run-around saying my items will be delivered "SOON". I have also been asking for my money back which they have completely ignored! Not happy at all with this company or their so-called customer service! If I could give them no stars, I would! They dont even deserve a quarter star!

Received defective sandals. Requested a refund. Was promised a replacement pair that I never received. Still waiting for info on how to return and get a refund. This is three months from time I originally purchased.

Waiting over a month for a Christmas outfit, its now 3 days till Christmas and received 2 separate packages. The leggings are not what I ordered and not even the correct size. The blue leggings don't match the red santa hat on the shirt

I ordered three items in March and I received two but the other one still hasn't arrived and it's been over 3 months. Every time I write them they tell me it'll be there in the next couple days and it's still not here

I ordered a Christmas present on 12/7/2020 and am still waiting for half the order. I understand that that things are tough due to the virus and things could be behind but in multiple emails all saying that the other half of the order will be delivered "in a few days" or "pretty soon", I have yet to get it. It has been over 5 months now. On 3/13 I was told that they contacted the shipping company and made sure it will be delivered in a few days. On 4/22 I received an email from Peter who is apparently the CEO blaming USPS for losing them and saying he can get them delivered to me. Still nothing. All I want are the pants I paid for I don't want anything extra. As I told them, I am putting a negative review and next step is BBB.

STAY AWAY if you expect to receive everything you paid for!

They refuse to provide me all of the items I paid for. I ordered a shirt and leggings combo. Ive received the shirt (low quality) to date but not the leggings. They have told me through Customer Suppor that the leggings have shipped 3 times. Its been 3 weeks and their C. S. is an automated email response. They will not acknowledge my request for a refund. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY!

I placed an order on January 12th for 2 sets of outfit my best friend and I intended to wear on Valentine's day. I recieved some cheap tights but no hoodie.

I was told a replacement will be sent which I never recieved. Today's March 1st, I still haven't recieved my hoodies or the replacement. And I'm convinced I won't be getting a refund not like I haven't asked for a refund multiple times, rather I'm promised more items I dont have any tracking number for.

Overall, just ridiculous!
