Ordered for a same day delivery. After two or three days of chasing folks down we received the flowers. The product quality was great but the customer service issues were atrocious. Service folks were not truthful and the delivery was well after the needed time of delivery.
They left no note at the door because they were not home at the time. I had to call to find out what was going on with the order. Finally they delivered the order. I don't think they did the best job with what I had ordered. I'll purchase from my area in the future.
Based on the feedback I received, the recipient was very pleased.

I love this Company and their website. Easy to navigate online and the follow up customer service is always excellent.
Transaction was easy. There is a wide selection of floral arrangements to chose from. Prices are quite reasonable. Flowers I have ordered have been sent to Japan. The flowers that were received were close to the arrangements I selected, but yet beautiful and full. I had ordered from other companies before, and their florists sent puny and unattractive bouquets. I am very happy with JustFlowers and their florists in Japan. Highly recommend them.
The displays are awesome and there is live chat to assist every step of the way. I love the fact that there availability of the arrangements is posted and the extra items that can be included before completing your order.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
