Flowers were nice but I did not get the color I wanted and the size was smaller than what the picture looked. All in all though I really liked the plant. Pink roses are nice. Just I think the price was a little too high for the size of the plant that you get.
The arrangement that I ordered was not what was delivered. They did contact me via email that they would need to make a small change to get it there that day, but they totally changed everything.
It was not in the vase in the picture, the pretty bow I saw was not on the flowers received, and they even changed the color and type of flowers sent. I was not at all happy, as I even spent an extra $10 to get the next size up, and it was smaller than the first size I was going to send. The only person happy was the gal I sent them to, as she had no idea what I had ordered. You can imagine the look on my face when I walked in and saw them I am sorry, but I would probably never order flowers this way again. Dawn
The flowers arrived in time for my Aunt's birthday and they were beautiful. They were so fresh, they lasted for over a week. I'll definitely use Just Flowers the next time I need to send flowers.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.
Their web site looks professional and their promise and guarantees look comforting BUT PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS.
Their service is the absolute WORST I have ever had from ANY company in ANY industry.
They did not send what I ordered. When I complained they assured me that all would be taken care of, not to worry, etc. That they would 'straighten things out" and either get me a refund or have the correct item sent to me. Needless to say, they never did anything...
These people use cut-rate florists in your local town. Just Flowers does NOT send you the bouquet. I my case, I placed an order on a Tuesday morning for a Friday night delivery--thereby giving them plenty of time to obtain the flowers I ordered. Shockingly, they apparently did NOT give my order to one of their cut rate associates until Friday afternoon.
The local florist told me directly that they were very sorry that they had to sen the wrong thing! But that they had no choice since JF did not give them my order until Fri afternoon for a Fri afternoon delivery. Local florist stated that IF they had received the order on Tues, Weds, Thurs or even Friday morning that they would have had time to obtain the correct flowers.
Local florist also told me directly that JF was NOT PAYING THEM ENOUGH TO SEND WHAT I HAD ORDERED & EVEN IF THE ORDER HAD ARRIVED EARLIER THEY STILL WOUD NOT NOT NOT HAVE DELIVERED WHAT I ORDERED AS THE MONEY RECEIVED FROM JF WAS NOT SUFFICIENT TO PAY WHAT THE FLOWER SHOP NEEDED TO PAY THE SUPPLIER FOR THE FLOWERS!
I am filing a fraud action with my charge card company & also contacting the attorney general's office in my state as well as the FTC.
These people should not be in business and apparently survive since the majority of their orders are paid for by one person at one address and sent to another person at another address. The recipient usually doesnt know what they should have received, etc...
Everything was great and on time.
I would not recommend just flowers to anyone. The company took my money immediately, then did not deliver the flowers. My daughter's white coat ceremony at medical school passed with no flowers from dad because this company was more interested in getting my money than getting the flowers delivered. I understand it may be difficult to complete every order, but I do not understand placing the needs of the company above the needs of the customer. I had to make two phone calls to get just flowers to agree to refund my money and guess what? It takes up to four business days to get my money back, even though they were able to take my money instantly and still not provide any service. My suggestion to them is to spend less money hiring people to handle problems and more money on solving their problems. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to try another online florist.
I have placed several orders with you. This is the first one to be a disappointment. The order was not delivered on the day promised and the arrangement was no where close to the arrangement that I had selected. No one called to ask if the change in the arrangement was acceptable. I called several times to discuss the problem with the delivery and each time I was told that you could not reach your local contact. I was having flowers delivered to my daughter in my original hometown. From now on, I will order the flowers directly from the local florist. The sad thing is that no one ever offered any apology for the delivery problem. The economy in Connecticut is bad enough. It is hard to find customers. WHY would any business not want to make sure that they satisfy a customer in order to hold onto them?
My sister said the flowers wilted quickly.
You make shopping easy. But she doesn't like purple and I ask for it not to be used. She got purple and pink flowers but they were beautiful; and lasted very well.

I have ordered on three different occasions and the person receiving the flowers have been very happy with the arrangements!
Horrible experience. Did not get delivered on my dtr's birthday and I did not get notified until it was too late to make other arrangements. It took 4 calls and considerable discussion to cancel the order. First I was offered an apology call, then $5 off, then $10 off, then $15 off. Never again. It was insulting.
According to the recipient-the daisy arrangement was large and lovely. The flowers lasted a long time & she had fun reworking them. Most importantly-they lfted her spirits!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
