We ordered the flowers to be delivered on the same day and they were not delivered until the next day. I chose a plant and they changed it to another plant because they didn't have the one I ordered. I don't even know if our friend received the flowers/plNR. I forgot to ask her if she received the flowers/plant and if she liked them.

The flowers ordered "could not" be delivered to the address in the orders per Justflowers. Not sure why there was a florist within 5 miles of the house. Evidently this florist was not part of your network. My guess anyway. The most concerning was I was not given a straight answer but always an appology and since I called multiple times it became clear this was a coached response. After speaking with a supervisor we did have the flowers delivered to my home in Battle Creek and I hand carried them to the recipient. Which I do appreciate the supervisor's suggestion to ship to a different address. What I don't get is why with over a week leadtime wasn't the issue raised ahead of the delivery date and why did I keep receiving an appology text stating you where working on the order and the flowers would be delivered the next day. This went on for several days. I would think a system improvement is needed. When an order is taken your system should identify whether there is a florist in your network close enough by to make the delivery. Hope this review is helpful to your company. To prospective customers Justflowers makes some changes in this area you are taking a risk that your order will be received becuase the current system is one where they'll take your order and figure it out from there.

It was the fault of the home where she lives but also of the delivery person who did not take them directly to her!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
