You should be up front with shipping and handling subsequent to the order purchase. Shoppers should know what total price is if there is a limit on what they can spend. This is first time for me and I hope the order is what I expect.
Received the flowers late in the day and almost believed they were not going to be delivered. Delivery individual was excellent.
Could have purchased the flowers for 1/3 the price at a local store (as was just subsequent to Valentines day) Roses lasted two days and all drooped at stem even after assuring they were adequately watered.

Very good for the most part. Still impossible to know how much you're spending until checkout - you really ought to come up with a rock-solid price for your customers when they're shopping. Instead, we get to checkout with a coupon or code for a discount, and end up spending more than we initially wished to because of "shipping or handling" charges that are never the same anywhere, anytime. Just include the price from the get go, please.

Ordered a teddy bear and it was delivered with a rabbit, for Valentine's Day. How they did get this wrong? I called customer service and they did resend flowers plus a teddy bear so that sort of made up for it but really, that's a big mistake.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
