Website and customer service follow-up system needs work. I was sent an email on June 7 to confirm delivery of an order I placed on April 8. Two months?!?
When I went to your website to see what order I had placed (to whom, for what - I mean, really do you expect me to remember two months later?) I could find no place to login, or that indicated I was already logged in, and no button for "My Account".
How do you expect people to continue to do business with you?

Just Flowers was not able to fill the order I placed for a live plant so my order was given to a "local" florist. My $75 plant is now dead.
My discount was taken by shipping, I was paying through pay pal, should get free shipping, and my $10.00 gift too! Kind of disappointing...

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
