Have used you several times and have always had a great experience
The arrangement was beautiful and my mother-in-law loved it. I would recommend Just Flowers to others. My only complaint is that my message was incomplete, although I didn't go over the maximum spaces.

I appreciated the offer to do whatever was needed to make me happy when I contacted Customer Service. I called because I got an email saying my order had been "shipped." I expected a local florist to deliver and was concerned that the "shipment" wouldn't be exactly what I ordered. It was, though, and the recipient gushed about how beautiful the flowers were and how nicely everything was packaged...including the purple vase, which was especially important to me.
I received an email that I was supposed to get $10 off as a returning client and only received $5, also there is a service fee and a handling fee which no one can explain. These appear to be for the same thing, an over charge

Will take your money but won't deliver the promised product. If you want your day ruined and a good lesson in frustration then go with this company. I will be reporting them to The Better Business Burough. There is no happy ending with JustFlowers.com. They will suck the joy right out of any happy occasion.

A little complicated to follow for purchasing from abroad
I don't like the additional shipping and handling fees, and there was not a very good description of the plant that I bought in terms of size.
As always this is a very good site to shop from. Delivery date and time is always on time.

Response from people we have sent flowers to from this site is always "just beautiful".
We sent a dish garden to a relative who's spouse passed away. She was very pleased with the flowers and plants she received.
So far so good. We'll see how she likes the arrangement...

The only problem that I encountered was that there was no note attached saying whom it was from--and when my mother-in-law called to see who sent it--they agreed with her that my local brother-in-law had come in to purchase them, and we are 1500 miles away.
Follow-up is not very timely---2 mos. Later you ask if the order was received?...this should happen immediately with a survey shortly thereafter when the experience was fresh in my mind--the order was a gift so difficult to answer your concerns accurately...
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
