The arrangement was not the way it was described, I was very disappointed when I saw the arrangement.
I ordered a hydrangea plant for $49.99. On the Web site and on the phone I was quoted $9.99 delivery. Instead I was charged $18.98 delivery plus $3.49 Handling. In multiple phone calls with salespeople and a supposed supervisor, I was unable to receive any satisfaction. There is more to the story but it all appeared to be part of a scam to quote $9.99 delivery and then charge more than twice that.

It was very fast delivery. I like the arrangement I choose. Price could have been little less expensive.
