Although the order was created as requested (and was beautiful) it was not delivered on time. I ordered early and asked for a delivery time of 1 pm. The order was not received until nearly 7:30 pm.

Found a pretty purple arrangement on sale and ordered. Website navigable, have used many times before. This time, however, received a call within an hour of ordering and flowers "out of stock." Would I want purple substitutes "that would be elegant?" Okay. Recipient a good friend and called about laughable arrangement, red carnations, light purple spider mums and baby's breath in a cheap clear glass vase, Walmart quality at best. Ripoff! Reported dissatisfaction and customer service person said I had "approved changes." Baloney. Cheap stunt. Stay away.
Very easy to place order
These people are pathetic. Not only could they not deliver for the price advertized, they didn't call me to indicate a problem with the date after I forked over another $20. When calling to get a refund I had both a rep and a manager trying to induce me to keep the order in place despite it now being days after the birthday. Call center sounds like it is in the Philippines. Clueless people.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
