Could not get a delivery confirmation
I don't understand the need to choose from three different price categories, once you have decided what you want to order, and the given price quoted by the image?
I ended up paying over $110 CDN for just 6 red Roses with a balloon after being asked for an additional $12 after completing the order.

Only issue was that I could not confirm thru chat whether I actually added mylar ballon which I wanted to do. Turned out that the mylar ballon was sent with the order and received by my wife. I could not see it in the picture because it was separated immediately so that a 2 year old could play with it. As usual, Just Flowers did a great job.

My only negative comment would be that I had no idea if the flowers got to my mom on her birthday as no email was sent to let me know they were delivered. She emailed me the day afterwards to say she received them so I knew they got there to her.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
