The flowers were beautiful but the delivery was late
There was a lot of confusion over an address, but the flowers were finally delivered & they were beautiful!
So far so good but the delivery on time and correctly are really the proof in the pudding. Flowers were delivered on time so I was very happy as well as the person receiving the flowers.
Order was not delivered the day it should have which was very important to me. I should have recieved a full refund. I thought the over all price after taxes and delivery, was way to expensive also.
Have not seen flowers yet, but web site is well organized and I like the way it is set up. The choices are more clearly defined than on other web sites I visited.
Flower arrangement was smaller than expected for the price. In addition, I couldn't tell if switching to a premium arrangement really resulted in a larger or better selection of flowers within the arrangement that was received. Received item looked exactly like the picture on the web site.
I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement that was sent. I paid close to $100 for the flowers and delivery and I could of went to the local grocery store and purchase the size of arrangement for about $30.00. I have purchased many flower arrangements in the price range before, so I know what to expect and this was not it.
Hope the deliver and flowers are beautiful. The purchase and order was so easy!

Easy to buy and pay even from another country. Perfect delivered and the flowers were beautiful. They called home to confirm, what gave us assurance, and they had patience speaking with my father, the credit card owner, since his english isn't very good. My sister loved the flowers and was very happy, so my family and I were very happy too.

Was initially offput by the notion that your local supplier ran out of my requested bouquet, but the alternative of living plants turned out better
Shopping experience could be enhanced by adding a sort feature when viewing products, i.e. Type, price, seasonal.
Also, I think you are asking questions regarding the order rather early. I have no idea if the merchandise is going to be received in a timely manner or how it will look
At the time the order was placed I requested confirmation that the order was delivered. It took several contacts to receive confirmation regarding the order. Customer Service does not seem to be at priority
Have used Just Flowers.com twice and was very pleased with the service and the bouquets both times. Highly recommend Just Flowers.com and they will continue to be my "go to" when I want to send flowers.
The flowers were pretty, but a very small bouquet - I would have been very embarrassed should these have been sent to a friend, family member, etc.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
