This is my second time shopping here. My first experience was positive.
I did not get what I ordered. The person with whom I spoke assured me that the flowers I wanted were available & would be delivered. The bouquet that was delivered did NOT include the requested flowers.
The flowers delivered were beautiful, however, and pleased my niece very much so that was good.
Easy to use. I made an error in the order and they got in touch with me right away to help me correct it.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Did not realize the poor service that they give to people. Ordered flower delivery on 6.18. For friends wedding anniversary. Promised they will deliver the same day. Got a call in late evening that day saying they could not get a florist to deliver(it was too late for me to reorder with another that day)and if it is OK to reschedule for 6.19. Agreed they could deliver on 6/19 as long as long as they promised it was at THAT day. Got call again on 6.19.(day of friend's anniversary said they could not find a florist to deliver and if I could reschedule for 6/20(Monday)and in addition they would give me a $10 refund on the order.On 6.20 I6 they again said there was no florist willing to send flowers and if I was willing to reschedule to 6/21. Then I decompressed!
I am very sure that theses are middlemen and only giving orders to florist for a bare minimum. That is why I got called for 2 days IN A ROW wanting it to be rescheduled the next day. When I asked to speak to supervisor, they said that since the supervisors were busy( hah) they" will call back"
I see that there are a string of unhappy customers.
Is there any authority whom I can complain to, so that they can stop their predatory activities on us naive customers. Please help.

Seemed ok, looked like there was a lot more to look at, but just didn't have the time. I hope this arrangement I picked out gets to my recipient as cute as this one looked.
