I placed order on Saturday and received text messages that delivery would be the next day six times. On my third phone call follow up was told the order was never sent. This is on a Friday! I am very disappointed. The customer service representatives were hard to understand and provided no real help just sorry. Sorry is what I am for using Just Flowers.
I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day that were never delivered. It took me four days to reach an actual person at the company. They never called to let me know they were working on fixing the problem. Unfortunately grandma didn't get her flowers. I will never order or recommend them again. Terrible customer service!

I ordered flowers on Tuesday. I have talked to the company several times and also submitted several emails explaining my complaint to them. Flowers have not been delivered two days later. So frustrated with this company. Please please dont order from them Use 1800 flowers or a local florist. They keep putting me on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes at a time however i want this resolved or a refund. My order was not cheap. $54.00. I dont have that kind of money to throw around

Same as so many others, I placed an order on May 10 to have flowers delivered Saturday, the day before Mother's Day, which was confirmed in the order. Found out Sunday afternoon that no flowers had been delivered, so tried contacting company by phone and by email to cancel the order. Could not get through to anyone. Tried again today. Then get an email message saying order delivered-- that's two days late. Unacceptable. I want my money back but so far have not been able to get through to anyone.

Ordered online for a same day delivery (well before their cut off time). Kept getting Delayed Delivery emails. Called the 800 number after the second delay email. They promised it would be delivered the next day, instead I received another delay email. I called again, they promised for sure delivery was going to be that same day. She did receive them that day. (5 days after the order date) The flowers and arrangement were pretty, but here's my problem...I had them sent for a particular reason and timing, spending over $70. I will not use them again.

Never Use this business! Ordered Flowers for my Mother to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. Flowers never delivered. Customer Service was nearly non-existent and when I finally got someone on the phone they were not helpful at all.

Do not do business with them. All you have to do is read the reviews. Don't deliver on time, unable to contact anyone, and when you finally do (4 days later) they refuse to cancel your order and refund your money. Only offer a retry on the delivery and a $10 credit. It's too late, I paid for flowers to be delivered on a certain day for a reason! Seriously, save yourself the headache, avoid at all costs!

It's a scam... Don't fall for "Guaranteed" delivery on Valentine's Day on their website. They did not deliver the flowers on Valentines Day. Customer reps say that they are just answering service. There is no update on the refund yet. "call center is too busy" and have to wait for more than 30 minutes on both the occasions with no real answer

Our daughter's flowers were delivered the next day, when my online order said it would be delivered on her day. I was very disappointed! The flower arrangement was beautiful and she's enjoying it, but have never experienced a late delivery.

Have called every # I can find since Sunday and all I get is the same useless automated system asking me to leave my contact info and they will return my call - they have not. Sent an email - no response. Submitted their online request to still deliver the flowers - no flowers still and no response. 0 customer service truthfully I think this company is a scam. I cannot understand how they can be listed on Goggle Search #1 on the page! So far this company has lied to me, cheated me and beat me out of my money. Order #******* for what ever that is worth.

She received the bouquet around 6pm local time and the arrangement exceeded our expectations! The florist embellished the order such that it was far more beautiful than the picture of the ones we selected! We received a photo and voice message from Italy of our loved one with the arrangement and were blown away! - So was she!- Thank you so much!
I ordered Mother's day flowers that were supposed to be delivered on Saturday 5/9. This is now 5/13 and still no flowers. I have attempted to call and receive recording indicating "they are busy servicing customers call back later or inquire via their website" I have sent emails, inquired via their website to no avail. They are very slow to respond to emails and when they do, I get a canned reply indicating they will be delivered on the next available delivery day. This has been going on for several days now. They have my money (100+ dollars), but have not received the product.

If I could give below a 1 star rating I would due to the customer service. Sent flowers to mother in law. Only 2 of 12 were alive on day 2! They refused assistance because 90 year old woman didn't have a cellphone to take a photo of flowers. I was so embarrassed!
DeAnn, without being able to see the arrangement, we can only presume that indoor heating played a role in the alleged wilting of the flowers since it was 22 degrees on the night of delivery. Nevertheless, our agent did in fact work with you on this and issued you a partial refund for the inconvenience.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They were supposed to arrive on Saturday. The flowers had not arrived by Sun afternoon. I called multiple times and the system either hung up on me or asked for me to leave a message for a call back. No one called me back. One message I received on the system was "for faster service click the link on my confirmation email". I never received a confirmation email. I was charged though, not surprised. As a US military veteran living in Hungary I decided to send my mother flowers on mothers day, I chose well and ended up spending just under 100$ for flowers. When my mother did not say thank you I asked her (a week later) what she thought of the flowers, she never got them.
No one called me, the money is not returned and if I would not have asked, I would not have known.
I am very upset and I find that being on hold for over 10 minutes is not acceptable and even worse, not sending the flowers which were paid for is simply robbery.
For the first time in my 51 years, I failed my mother on mothers day thanks to just flowers.

A Mother's Day gift for my mom. She said they were beautiful but the flowers were packed in the vase so tight she couldn't get the wilted roses out to transfer them to another vase without messing it up. I will continue to buy flowers for her from here.

This company has really let me down. They committed to deliver my order on Friday last week. They did not deliver the order and when I called to understand the reason, they requested for one more day to fulfill the order. The same thing happened on Saturday. The order was still not delivered by Monday afternoon when I called to get an update. At this time, they said they could not deliver the order on Sunday and did not try any further as I supposedly requested to stop the order if they could not deliver it by then. Even worse, they implied this was all my fault because I did not answer an email they send Sunday afternoon asking to reactivate the order. Really? After being over 3 days late this is my fault. This is just not acceptable. Just go to a store, buy your flowers and deliver them yourself. It will take you less time and will be cheaper.

My Father past away and we ordered from Just flowers. It cost me 172.00 They NEVER made it. I contacted the priest, funeral home and they all said there were NO flowers delivered. They said the priest received them. The will not refund our money or make it right. How can a company prey on a family that is grieving.

Ordered flowers for a memorial and spent $270 total. What was delivered was an embarrasment as there was a gap in the corner and floral foam could be seen. They offered a $20 refund only and are very combative, saying there was not gap although I had pictures. Just order from a local florist... never from places like this scam shop. They are fraudulent.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
