I've been wanting to cancel my membership for months but not wanting to deal with the out of country customer support so I've just been "skipping" months so they don't bill me. I forgot to skip this month and even though my debit card that they have on file was expired they took the 39.99 out of my account. When I called them to ask how they'd billed me with a expired card they lied to me and said that my bank had called them with the new expiration date. I confirmed with my bank that this doesn't happen.
So now I'm waiting for JustFab to credit my bank and cancely account. If they take money out next month I'll have to cancel my debit card.

I cancelled my boutique last month and was still charged. I decided to ignore it because I figured I could buy something anyway. This month I never received the boutique email again (also happened last month but I remembered to cancel) and I was charged again! Waited for 20 minutes on chat and no one was ever available. Tried via phone and no one again. This is awful I just want my $80 back and to cancel.

I went into their trial store in DSW in Ohio. I found a ticket for a free pair of boots. I was going to buy from them anyways, because i found a pair that I liked more than any of DSW's boots. They sent me a pair for free, but the boots ended up being too big. I contacted them about it, and they sent me a smaller pair for free too! And I got to keep both, they told me to regift the larger size. I love the boots, they're sooo cute!

I joined VIP member status. Ordered two pairs of shoes a month ago. Received the package but they sent me the wrong color/ pattern shoe, the other pair was fine. I sent it back for exchange and they send an email saying they received my exchange and my order has been placed at no extra charge to me (duh it was their fault) I happen to check it about 3 weeks later and under order status it says "CANCELLED" so I call customer service and they say it's been canceled because they ran out of the shoe) OK. So they're refunding me my money. But JustFab fails to tell their customers that when signing up for just fab membership you are agreeing to purchasing something from them EVERY MONTH from a "boutique collection" they make for you to make you feel special and I'd you do forget to make a purchase they will automatically charge your card 39.99 just for being a member. Why the F*** DO I PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVE IN 2-3 DAYS AS STATED ON THE WEBSITE. I signed up with them and ordered a pair of shoes, a month later I still didn't have the shoes nor the money. I called and I was told the shoes were NEVER sent, so I said hell nah, give me back my money and cancel that membership. Fast forward to three months later my card got overdrawn because of them, which I'm thankful for because I never even realized money was still getting taken out my account until that issue. I called and they apologized and ask me to use it as credit, and I said NO! Just a refund please, the estupido told me he processed it. So I had to report it to the bank because at this point I figured they were still probably gonna take my money. Fast forward AGAIN to three weeks later, STILL NO REFUND! When I called the guy said it was just put on my membership as credit, no refund was processed. Meaning I still have a membership, I said I need my money back on my account, I don't want credits or membership! He said you'll receive an email of confirmation after this. Same thing the first guy told me and I never got that email for the first cancellation. After the second cancellation call still no email. I'm guessing I'm gonna have to call AGAIN next week if my money ain't here. 4+ MONTHS OF TRYING TO CANCEL ONE STUPID MEMBERSHIP!

Bad experience. Ended up swiping my card a yr later for a vip subscription that took my account in the negative that i knew nothing about. Called them all for them to say they don't see where the money was taking out of my account on their end but my bank said they clearly took it. Bad business and will tell everybody about their scam.

They took $40 out of my account even though i had canceled. I hadnt even ordered shoes. After three months of them saying "the refund is being processed" i had to dispute it through paypal and i am being refunded

This website is awful. They force you to put $40 on the account as a "credit" unless you manually go on your account, and skip each month. But you have to do this on the first 5 days of the month. If you forget, they will not give you your money back. You are forced to use it on their website, or, if you make a complaint with customer service, in my experience, they offered to send a check that I would receive in 8-12 weeks. Also, my mom and I both had an account to the same address, so after I had sent back an order and exchanged for a different size (I did not want to exchange, just wanted my money back but they were taking 1/2 the price of the item for a "restocking fee"). Anyways, after my exchange way processed, the account was cancelled because I had "too many accounts with the same information" and I did not receive the jacket or a refund. Instead I received an email saying I "won't be charged," but this was an exchange, so I had paid when I made the original order. I have gone through way too much of my time with their customer service. Don't even sign up in the first place.

Everything about this company is annoying. Just stay away. Easy to sign-up, nearly impossible to cancel. They will keep charging your card until you have 2 hours to sit on the phone with them and cancel. Then, once you cancel, they wont refund for all the charges they already took from you - just tell you to buy something else with that credit. Then when you use the credit, the system auto-signs you up again!

Justfab is a scam. If you forget to skip the month, which is written in very fine print when you sign up, they claim they will take $39.95 from your account on the 6th of the month. They usually wait two weeks for that. Then, they say you have a credit for one item, even if that item is less than $39.95. You cannot make-up the sum with two items and you cannot take advantage of any sales, like BOGO, with the credit. I purchased a pair of boots with zippers on the side 8 months ago and have only worn them 10-15 times and the zipper pulls have broken. For $40, zippers should be worth more than 30 pulls, I replaced them with bread ties because I DONT HAVE $40 to FIX them!
I called and demanded my money back and to cancel my account. Instead of refunding my money back to me they double charged my account and I called again demanding my money back a second time within 2 days. All while a family member is on their deathbed.

I realized when I joined JustFab that I was going to be getting cheap shoes. I don't really care about getting cheap shoes or name brand shoes as long as they are wearable and they look good. I haven't had a problem with any of the shoes that I've received. Yet. I have not had a problem with shipping or anything like that. I understand the being charged every month also. I won't be able to tell how their customer service is until I decide that I want to cancel my membership. So we'll see how that goes.

I got sucked in again!
I signed up for the VIP a year ago.& I forgot to purchase or skip & my card was charged. So I decided to go make a purchase with that credit but it wouldnt let me use is. So I called & canceled my membership with $79 in my just fab account. So I responded to an email telling me I could use those credits I thought I had lost... I made a purchase with no problem but they made me sign back up as a VIP to do so... fast far ward 6 days & I get an email saying I for got to shop. So I went in & checked skip shop. I guess it didn't register. So they charged me 39.99 ok so I called them & asked what in the word happened & they tell me they won't give me a refund. But I can use it for any purchase in the store. I tell them I've tried that before & it doesnt so cancel my membership... he now tells me I have 70 worth of credit & I should use it before my 30 days is up. I tell him yeah right & he says pick something out & call customer service to help you with your purchase... alot of run around & bs... I'm pissed that I lost all that money. Its crap.& the boots I bought dont fit right anyway!

I have been trying to get hold of this company to cancel and get a refund. My daughter bought a pair of boots from them and then 3 weeks later they took another £35 from her account. I have had a look at their ads and website. It does not make it clear that it is a subscription that you are joining and it does not make it easy to unsubscribe, which I believe is unlawful. I have read a few of the reviews on here, tell me Ivy, JustFabs representative, how many of those people that you 'promised to get in contact with' have actually heard from your company. My daughter has reported you to PayPal and I will be reporting every one of your ads that I see online as you are scamming people. Will be interesting to see if I actually get a response...

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
