Below is email I sent to the *******@techstyle.com as per David's direction for help since his email out to me was not working, lol. Sad scam job, but they did get $16.00 out of me.
I called and spoke to David ID#******* starting at 12:34pm on 11.28.2020.
I was sent shows in the wrong size. I was informed you had the correct size and a email with an attachment of the return label is being sent. The return label # ******* was in this email.
While in the phone the email to my main address and to the junk mail was never sent to me. David kept saying there was technical difficulties. I asked for his office email so I could reply to him to see if that worked. He informed me that he did not have a work email address. But they had chat lines. So I figured out that since I was not getting this return mailing label to send my boots back I knew I was not getting the correct size since this was not a reputable process.
Thank for your time and scam.
Ordered didn't receive now they won't give my money back will never order from them again!
Called again still won't help me don't waste your money. Poor service on them!

BULL$#*!! Justfab has its VIP membership of 40€ with each purchase you choose off of VIP discount, (and every month if you forget to sign in for that matter). Got those shoes for 10€? Great! You'll have to pay 40€ more. Oh AND no warning whatsoever, so you'll just see it one morning sipping your tea that your bank account is missing 40€. So I paid a price of 30€ something for 2 pairs of shoes and 40€ on top of that. So in total I didn't get a "discount".
Luckily they will refund you. (Cannot upload photos of my bank account details, security makes screenshots impossible).

A very bad experience, PLEASE DO NOT get lured by their fake promotions. They sell the shoes to your for 9 or 10 and then charge you £35 for membership fee with you being informed.
I had called the customer service and cancelled ghe so called membership and they had
Confirmed to me that the money will not be deducted. But just realized that they had taken the money. I returned their shoes as it was a pathetic company and the shoes were also very low quality.
Its been two weeks now and still have not received anything. I have been told it takes 5 weeks for the refund.
I have emailed to them but this company is nothing but fake and scamsters.

I was kind of skeptical of buying shoes for Amira mere $10 plus shipping. But along with that gimmick comes a contract, BUT you can cancel it if you want to. The boots that I ordered and just received with under two weeks time of ordering, are absolutely wonderful. I wear a size 10 wide and they were available. I just put the boots on and they fit perfectly and are incredibly comfortable! I am still stunned about the pricing and the quality is top notch! Not some cheap, fall apart kind of shoes. I do believe I will go back and order more shoes in the near future.

I have spent over $500 on underwear because I was COVID 19 POSITIVE and I spiked my undergarments. I didn't want to wash them and reuse so I threw them out. Ordered from Savage X Fenty and they stole my money and delivered no merchandise! They sent me an email that read WE ARE SORRY BUT WE COULDNT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER BECAUSE THE STYLES YOU CHOSE ARE IN HIGH DEMAND. Okay then refund my money! This is so embarrassing as a woman to write but I must inform consumers PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED! The will run you around. No one has answers plus no corporate number or address, no billing or complaint Dept.

Don't buy anyone, never anything from this site. A month ago I ordered shoes that came to me in a different size. I sent the package back, stim they send me shoes in a larger size I don't even have money I sent the payment from my card 3 times, I don't understand why? So I am very angry
I ordered boots from just fab back in October and it was fine ibwas happy no complaints... i have a seasonal job it just came to an end a week ago so any little bit of money I really need I had my tax money in my account that I was saving for emergencies I needed milk for my baby and diapers i went to look at my account nd my jaw dropped I had 59 dollars gone put of my account I didnt know wtf happened I went online to go see where it came from nd sure enough it said just fab had taken out the money when I did not place an order I immediately called my bank nd told them about my situation and now its under fraud investigation I almost cried I needed that money and I could not believe this was happening to me I know it was a little amount but at this time any money helps right now I have children nd they did not only take money from me but they took food away from my children I am not happy and will not be ordering from here ever again

I would have subtracted stars if I could. Great looking shoes at great prices. To good to be true...
I ordered 3 boots on the 4th Oct 20 and they arrived on the 12th Oct. I was sent 3 completely different boots and they were 4 sizes to big. I called 'JustNotWhatiOrdered' to arrange an exchange. They said that one of the boots I wanted was out if stock. I could change that boot but would have to pay the difference in price. I declined as the boot in question had been discounted as it was my first order but this discount would not apply if I swapped. I went for a refund. 'JustNotSoFab' collected their unwanted goods on the 17th Oct and have still not issued a refund.
I will be pursuing 'JustRipOffs' for my refund and asking them to cancel my VIP subscription before I am charged for absolutely nothing again. I would not recommend this entity to anyone as they are 'JustRidiculous'.

I bought a pair of boots on 10/25/20 and today on 11/11/20 they charged 35 for a VIP Member that I never asked to be part of. I have already asked to cancel the VIP member but do not want to refund a charge that I never authorized. I have already filed a complaint on PayPal and I want a refund of my money, because what you did is illegal and criminal. They took my bank details and made bank transactions without my authorization.

Do not go near their website. They'll scam you into thinking you're buying on sale offer then they take money from your card and put it on your account as credit to be used WITHOUT your consent and apparently have no way of reversing this and returning your own money to you

I was chatting with a male employee online and being very pleasant asking for a refund because I canceled my membership and was charged $40 and wanted it taken off. I would completely understand if they couldn't and were polite about it but he was nasty. I could tell he either didn't speak good English or couldn't spell. He sent me 4-5 miss typed messages at a time and wouldn't let me respond or defend myself. He was arrogant and it honestly made my anxiety bad for the rest of the day. I work in customer service and im the most understanding person. I've never been treated with such disrespect I wish I remembered his name so I could report his $#*! something with an A. Thank you and have a nice day I will be buying my boots elsewhere from now on and telling my friends about my experience.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
