I have spent over $500 on underwear because I was COVID 19 POSITIVE and I spiked my undergarments. I didn't want to wash them and reuse so I threw them out. Ordered from Savage X Fenty and they stole my money and delivered no merchandise! They sent me an email that read WE ARE SORRY BUT WE COULDNT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER BECAUSE THE STYLES YOU CHOSE ARE IN HIGH DEMAND. Okay then refund my money! This is so embarrassing as a woman to write but I must inform consumers PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED! The will run you around. No one has answers plus no corporate number or address, no billing or complaint Dept.

JustFab changed their company name to Techstyle. JustFab, ShoeDazzle, Fabletics and all these MICRO companies are under TechStyle. Techstyle and Rihanna own Savage X Fenty. Techstyle has not returned any phone calls in regards to my dispute. I've spent $500+ and no merchandise! I call to verify my orders and nothing. Everyone just twirls you around and they twirl you into the common phrase WE WILL ESCALATE GIVE US 24-48hrs. I wait 2 weeks and they're still saying give us 24-48hrs. No one has info on shipping, there is no dispute department, no billing Dept, and when they say they will get back to you in 24-48hrs you actually receive an email with nothing resolved. But on the reviews they say they "contacted" you and by that they mean an email. No live person has EVER called me or handled my dispute. I will be "contacted" by them on this review and guess what they will say WE WILL ESCALATE GIVE US 24-48 hrs or GIVE US A CALL TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE or WE ARE SO SORRY WE WILL CREDT YOUR ACCOUNT but none of this ACTUALLY happens. I have called all numbers and I've gotten no where. Techstyles customer service is located in the Philipines and they ALL say the same thing. No transfers to any other department. You ask for company info and they don't have it. You ask to speak to a manager you get put back in the cue. I spoke to a manager finally and STILL no assistance. All they say to get you off the phone is WE WILL ESCALATE GIVE US 24-48hrs. I spent a lot of money and didn't get anything! Nothing! And no one helps no matter what! Lie about orders being shipped out, lie about confirmation delivery numbers from ATrac (whatever it's called), FEDEX, USPS you name it! It's just an all around bad bad company with bad service and bad bad micro companies under one company and everyone is a 3rd party company and they don't give out their info. Never again! I will check out these new companies EVERYTIME to see what sheep-skinned company they USED to be. As soon as I see any company that I've mentioned in this review? I'm sounding the alarm, the wolf is caught and not buying from them.

DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES PLEASE READ REVIEWS FIRST! I never knew how important a review is until now that I’m writing this one! Beware!!

There are like 3 company's under Savage X Fenty: JustFab, Textile, Lavender Lingerie and probably some other ones I'm sure. I lost $500+ and their customer service gives me the run around. The sizes were 2 sizes too small. I made another purchase and they cancelled my purchase and won't refund me because they didn't have all the items available so they cancelled the order. They can't answer simple account questions like what was sent or how many items are in one package etc. It's ridiculous. I don't have anything I bought. They don't want to offer corporate number, name, address and they won't tell me who handles the payments or who manages charges and disputes. No one calls me back. BE WARNED! DO NOT BUY FROM SAVAGE X FENTY! TOO MANY COMPANIES USING THAT NAME AND NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS. I was on the phone for 2 hrs and they will give you every account information and evade your question. Then they act like their accents are too strong and they don't understand what I'm saying. They act stupid for a very very long time. Literally told the caller my bra and underwear size, just 2 sizes, and this guy asks like 6 times no joke! I'm like can you write it down please I'm tired of saying my sizes. No corporate info, no accounts dept, can't create a dispute because apparently I created 2 accounts (forgot 1st password) and the company blacklisted my account! I only made 2 purchases and they blacklisted me? They keep saying check back check back. Nothing. Not that it's a problem but the reps are all located in the Phillipines and so you get the same people saying different names. It's frustrating. SAVAGE X FENTY STOLE MY MONEY AND I HAVE RECEIPTS! CHECK BBB WEBSITE ON SAVAGE X FENTY COMPLAINTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PLEASE DONT BUY!

No just no! All the way NO! LOOK AWAY AND RUN! First off their systems corrects itself to make it look like MetroPCS didn't make any mistakes. Whether it's notes or money the system corrects itself it's like they have someone in the back reviewing all transactions and notes and they are just deleting notes and adjusting the money. Second there is no refunds, EVER! They cancelled my account by mistake and it's even written on the notes. But the system adjusted my money. I made a payment in their store I don't even see in my payment history but I see it on my bank statement. Created a dispute and they said they see nothing wrong. I'm out $150 IN A PANDEMIC BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY! PLEASE PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID DURING A PANDEMIC! THEY WILL NEVER CARE NO MATTER HOW MANY YEARS YOU HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER. PAY THEM OR INCUR A DEBT, THATS THEIR MOTTO
