I ordered a pair of boots I'm November and had confirmation that they had shipped out on November 26. After not receiving my package at the time I was originally given, I called to check in and they assured me my package would be here by Christmas. Christmas had come and gone and I have still received nothing. I did an online chat for help and they said that the boots I ordered were out of stock and I couldn't get them anymore. I was asking more information about who had the product and who I could contact to find out where my package is and Avery, who was helping me, abruptly left the conversation with no reason given. I am very frustrated at this company and also had the same problem with my fabkids order.
JustFab has a trick to charge viewers and purchasers for their VIP membership, even if you don't want to subscribe to it. Recently, I just wanted to see their website. Not knowing anything that they will keep on charging me for this. I revealed next month they kept on charging my account. Then, I wanted to understand what has happened from another email ID (I use three email IDs from my laptop), the next day I found another amount was charged from my account. I got worried and asked my daughter to look into it. She tried to see their website and thought she will talk to them when she has enough time. Strangely, the next day I found my account was charged again. Altogether in two months, they have charged my account 6 times for their so called "VIP Membership". How horrible! They've taken my hard-earned money for nothing. After talking to them for several days, spending several hours talking to them they have returned only 3 payments. This is completely fraud.
The review sites should have an option for not giving even a single star to submit a review.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. The worst company and company policy I have ever came across. And bare in mind, I am in the same industry myself, I think just fabs business model is to trick customers who don't check their bank accounts as often and leads a busy lifestyle. My so £35 shoes turned into £315 shoes as I wasn't aware I needed to cancel my membership, now the customer service is more than ridiculous - all they say that I have ticked 'I agree with terms and conditions' hence the refund isn't an option. WHO HAS TIME TO READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN BUYING A PAIR OF SHOES? Long story short, do not make a mistake that I made and DO NOT BUY anything at all. As then you get stuck in an endless battle, and end up losing all the money and not able to cancel your membership. PLEASE AVOID.

Hi, I recently Have ordered shoes from justfab.com and when I got them there were ugly rubber duck shoes size 10 when I ordered fuzzy original Jackie like mukluks size 8 I tried to call the company to get a refund and they hung up 4 times I definitely would not order from this company unless you like being ripped off because the towel heads. Definitely not selling me the shoes that I wanted, could barely understand them, let alone hear them, And they won't refund me and They are very rude and do not understand anything that I am talking about they need to get American workers in these stores. I Waited over a month for something for Christmas, got this and I didn't want these, and no one will fix. Definitely will be calling every day until someone fixes this for me, or go higher because they took money from me for a present that I didn't didn't get.

Ordered December 6, have been watching tracking like a hawk and just when I thought there was hope (today, 12/21, when I saw them scanned into Atlanta), 3 hours later they were scanned back at the origin of Indiana, where they began their long, arduous journey SIXTEEN days ago.
Does anybody wanna wager on when/if I ever get my boots? As much as I hate to bet against myself, I think it's the smart move!

I'm never one to waste my time writing reviews but JustFab I'm so over it. I've been a pretty loyal customer for a while and with the pandemic I already knew it would be a while before I got my product. I placed an order on Nov 30 and today is dec 21 and still no package. The reason why I'm evening wasting my time on writing this review is because according to the tracking info my package had already arrived in the state of destination on Dec 6 however, it got re-packaged and shipped to other states and is now coming back to the state of destination? Because of this I contact the support team which by the way was so hard to get a hold of. I would get connected and then disconnected. Fb is pretty much a waste of time too. OH, DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THEIR RETURN PROCESS. You would think since we have to subscribed to them monthly the service would be so much better. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Better to just buy shoes elsewhere.

I placed my 1st order on Dec. 1,2020. Today is December 19,2020. I've done enough waiting and they still have the audacity to say I have to wait til December 23, to get a refund. When I was told before I would be able to get a refund if I have not received it. I just want my money back. I've done enough waiting. Save yourself some time and order elsewhere. I ordered because I was doing a gift exchange and how embarrassing it is to hear that the person has not received their package.

I have called roughly 3 times about my order. Every time I call they tell me it will be there in 24-72 hours. This complete BS. Not only that but they ALMOST charged me the VIP Membership BS. Until i called and I could "NOT PAY THE MONTH" i shouldn't have to be wasting MY OWN TIMES because they are SCAM of a website. This is ROBBERY. They advertise their $10 shoes but OF COURSE they don't advertise THE $40 MONTHLY FEE. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Notice in the pictures attached how it says shipped nov. 29 and its SHIPPED AGAIN?! Dec. 12. I WANT WHAT I F****** PAID FOR.

I placed an order on 12/1. At the 1 week mark I had absolutely no shipping information. JustFab contacted me and said shipping was taking about two weeks with covid and all of the guidelines. So I thought ok. Come to find out, this company uses newgistics to ship their products. Why any company would use newgistics is a mystery to me with the reviews and reports of lost packages, packages taking months to arrive, and tracking info constantly being wrong. My arrival date has changed 4 times. Now it isn't even predicted. I probably will never order from JustFab ever again simply due to the fact that they use newgistics and used covid as an excuse when the problem is obviously their partnership with a horrible shipping company.

As someone who has just recently moved over to the UK and has just seen an amount of 35 pounds just deducted without my knowledge I am extremely unhappy. To my knowledge I never signed up to being a vip member and for the price of 35 pounds I would not if I had known! It is very misleading and with the covid outbreak times have been tough. As a foreigner you have really let me down as to what to expect from online shopping sites. I want to cancel my subscription and I won't be using you guys ever again.

In my opinion Just Fab is not professional. They just trying me at Christmas season. They lying about my order saying its shipped and about to be shipped. I spent my dam money and they can't even give me a tracking number or delivery date! Wth? I hope they happy cause they dam messed my season spirit! I know I better have all my $#*! asap! Must got a caller id they not even answering my call stupid chat sessions on they website which customer service was not nice and had problems! They can stick that vip membership up they low down asses!

So I called to see if I could cancel my account and the machine hung up on me 3 times. I called to ask why my package said it was going to be delivered on the 11 and didnt recieve it. Now I can not view where my package is. Customer service is no help on knowing where it went. I ordered it on the 2nd. I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription and they argued saying it wasnt smart for me to do it. I continued saying I wanted to cancel it and he was arguing with me. I finally got my account cancelled. Still no package... unsure at this point if I'll recieve it. Or if it will be $#*!ty shoes. Skip the trouble just order off Amazon. They are way better overall.

The estimated delivery dates for my very first shipment EVER ordered from this company we're December 7th to December 10th. My order never came. I continued to check my order since the shipping label was created and it was delivered to a carrier hub in New Jersey where it sat for 6 days and where it remains sitting. So I called their customer service line. The woman who answered the phone was kind, I requested the refund of the boots and the membership fee which was taken out of my account yesterday. So that begs the question of why would they charge a membership fee of 39.95 before I received my first pair of shoes? Weird right? It gets better! So this nice lady puts me on hold and a new person gets on the line, Myar. So this person gets on the phone and he tells me the other lady was having internet issues so he took over. He told me she processed my membership fee refund ( how can you process a refund like that and have internet connectivity issues? Weird right? Then he proceeds to try to tell me he cannot process my refund for the boots bc at this point I don't even want them. He tried to tell me he was not capable of doing so, then he started legitimately arguing with me. The kind of arguing siblings do, like the finger pointing, when I called him out on it he argued back! And this man is supposed to be a SUPERVISOR!?!?!? Absolutely appalling customer service. I do QA for a government agency and this call would have cost him his job. Never. Ordering. From. This. Company. Again.

I am furious! I was told by a call agent that my membership was cancelled last month when I told them to cancel it. I thought it was strange i never got a confirmation email, and I get charged $40 last night and contacted them today just to be told they can't do anything about it. I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP ALREADY! The call agent lied to me and never actually did their part, now i'm $40 short because they're refusing to refund my card for an issue on their part. Worst business costumer service ever... lying to their costumers and charging money to their cards. I have bills to pay, not shoes to buy that was never supposed to be charged!

I never write reviews but I've never hated a store so much. I'm on hold right now to finally cancel my "VIP" membership which they have been charging me for for a year. I had tried to cancel before but then I would lose my credits which I couldn't get refunded ($200+). I then had to remember to skip the month at the start of every month which I often forgot to because they only give you a few days to do that before they charge you. The problem was that I don't even like the stuff on their store enough to use the credits. I finally ended up buying some jackets to donate so that I can get rid of the credits and cancel. At least some good can come out of this but DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!
Update: there are 200+ people in line to cancel memberships and I can't get anyone on the phone. This is ridiculous and the last thing I want to be doing right now. There's a reason you have to call them to cancel your membership -- it's a total scam. If they made it easy to cancel they would be out of business.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
