The shoes are great and all but I was charged when I wasn't supposed to be. I saw the deal where you get the first pair of shoes you buy off just fab is $10 so I bought a pair of booties. I paid $10 for the shoes (because it said they were $10 for the first pair) and $6 for shipping fee and tax. This was my first pair of shoes from this website. They took the money out of my account like normal and everything went smooth. I got my shoes and they fit great but a couples days later I got $49 taken out of my account. I didn't buy anymore shoes after that first pair. This has happened to other people and not just me. If they say the first pair you buy off this website is gonna be $10 then that means they should be $10. Not $10 when you first purchase them and then when you receive them we're gonna take the actual price of the shoes from your bank account. In actuality I ended up paying more for the shoes than the original price which is not okay. If y'all could fix that problem that would be great and I would like to be refunded my $49 as well.

Absolutely awful experience. Customer service was condescending and utterly unhelpful. Shipping was a nightmare. Companies need to stop using Ontrac. Second time having such a horrible experience when the company uses Ontrac. Headache could have been saved if the company had used FedEx to begin with.

I was excited to see this site, and the intro price points. I ordered what appeared to be a great "Nice Blue" pair, which when delivered had a vicious shank with zero flex, too high, impossible to walk in. Sent those back and ordered Vernetta Chelsea boots, in my size, 10, They were 11.5 in size! Same shank problem! Zero flexAnd I am thin, 5'6" and 120. Whomever is designing these has no business making shoes, and knows nothing about anatomy. Cannot ever buy from this co. Again! Too bad! But the online photos are SO doctored! MM.

The product was fantastic and just as shown in the pictures. After I received it,$67 was deducted from my checking account I had used for the purchase and the money was converted to credits to be used for further purchase on the website. This money was deducted from my account without my knowledge or consent. I would like a refund of this amount back to my debit card.

The membership is too expensive. The quality is not as good as it could be. They are aggressive with getting the money out of your account. Whenever I actually try to use my credits, my size in the styles I actually like seems to not be available. Hard to use credits.

The quality is just so subpar. I've placed several large orders, and I return almost everything because it's not like the picture, the shoes aren't comfortable, the quality is poor, or the design is just odd. I've only ever kept 2 items. The only perk is that they have sales quite often, but I would never pay full price for anything.

These boots have elastic tops that do not stretch far enough to allow you to push your foot in. I am very disappointed in the quality of these boots and will return them.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
