It took forever for the website to download. I tried several different devices and the same thing. It kept telling me I had the wrong password when my password was set to populate automatically. I had the hardest time changing my password because the site was taking so long to go through that the site told me it had timed out. At one point it told me my account was suspended. Frustrating as heck.

They're cute, but, the heel slips, I had to buy heel " cushions ( doesn't help much) and there's roughness in the instep that ruined my new socks so, I probably will not be purchasing any more shoes from JF.

Order some flats and boots... the flats were to tight and the knee high boots need a zipper going all the way up... gave them to my niece who where a size smaller than me and she loves them
