I got my first pair for $10. I was little skeptical about this website, but I got the shoes in 3-4 days and I was literally surprised at the quality of the shoes. So, I bought a lightweight tactical boots and I am using it for work. It's great for the feet, doesn't cause any pain at all. I am glad that I found this store.
When I opened the boxes, I loved the look of every shoe I purchased. Upon trying them on, 2 of the 4 would not fit. One of the shoes I knew was not going to fit when as soon as a pulled it out. I even held it next to the other shoes and it was MUCH much smaller. Although it was labeled a 10 it was more the size of a 9. I now am trying to send the 2 pairs back just for a bigger size. Hope they have them because its been my past experience that ill just end up without the shoes I wanted.
Shoes came damaged. The purse sent was the incorrect style. I returned the purse so they can send the right one only to be sent the same damn wrong one.

I used to order from just fab years ago and all the shoes i ordered came with shoe boxes. I just ordered about 5 pairs and none came with boxes. The packaging was ripped and thankfully none of the shoes fell out. I gave 4 stars only because my daughter loved her shoes. Only reason it has 4 stars.

They kept my money and refused to give me back my VIP membership so I don't have access to the bundles. Their stuff is cheap and overpriced and the quality is low. Think twice about signing up. If you do sign up for VIP--use it and cancel right after, it before the month is over so they don't get a chance to steal from you. They just take your money and there is no way to fight them. Scam and theft.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
