These folks did a great job. We bought blinds from them on 3 separate occasions. Each time they were the cheapest we could find and each time they delivered in a timely manner. When we did have a problem with one of the blinds they paid postage back and forth to have it repaired in about a week.
I am never that interested in 5* reviews, Most of them are from folks who are still excited about the latest widget they received two weeks ago. We are a family who meeded blinds ar a decent price for our newly finished downstairs. The blinds came just when they said they would arrive, you need to keep in mind that they have to cut the blinds before they can ship them, they looked amazing and were easy to install at a very affordable price. I ordered 3 blinds for my bay window in November to try you out,
I was so pleased with them, both in putting them up, and how they look/operate, that I ordered 4 more blinds to finish off my apartment and just put those up. I have already recommended you to other people and will definitely use you again in the future if I move. The apartments in my area (Back Bay, Boston, MA) have high ceilings and the inside window lengths are usually over 80 inches so I could not go with standard blinds.
The free samples you sent out for colors helped a lot too.
Having the white backing on all the colors is a great feature too.

I ordered one blind from this company to see how it would look. Their site said it was shipping out, but 2+ weeks later I never got it. I emailed, I called, I spoke to someone who assured me she was handling it, and would get back to me. NOTHING, finally, I disputed the charge with my credit card, and on the same day, she finally emails, oh but we just sent it to processing. BS! This company won't get my business. I have no idea if the blinds are any good, cause almost a month later, I don't have the single blind I ordered!
I was highly satisfied with all aspects of my purchase - the quality of the product, the quick delivery and the interaction with the personnel during the phone order process. The first 2 items mentioned are obviously very important but being able to talk to someone that is actually in the USA and that is not reading all their responses without listening to my questions is by far the most important aspect of the transaction. I'm so tired of dealing with other customer service personnel from other companies because they can't do their job correctly or efficiently. I own 5 rental properties and so far the only people I get good service from is the water department. Once I find a company that I can depend on, I stick with them because I'm tired of wasting time with everyone else. Chris, Doing business with Just Blinds is a perfect experience. You even had my 2/2004 purchase still on file. (Order# *******). Unfortunately you do not carry Ellie Buckwheat anymore and Contrast Tan does not quite match but I had to settle for it. I understand product availability changes over time, so I am not complaining. But you did change your standard bracket and I was not asked if I wanted extension which I do need and just ordered the other day. The standard brackets do not extend out pass the molding of the window far enough and the verticals hit the molding if I try to open them. Nothing the extensions won't fix. Still an extremely happy customer of Just Blinds.

I did exactly what the site said with measuring - and even though I was fearful that i would get it wrong and measured everything 4 times before committing, the blinds came out perfectly. There were blinds already on the downstairs windows and at first my husband thought the new blinds were too long. But they fit perfectly! He even said he is going to replace all the old ones over time since these are such better quality and fit the window so well - no light or heat comes through!

I adore my blinds - I got a set for the bedroom and a set for the living room. I was worried b/c my windows are huge, but these blinds fit them perfectly and were easy to install.
There are two very small, nitpicky things I'd like to suggest:
1. The blinds came with screws for wood window sills and said that screws for metal sills had to be bought separately. It would be great if justblinds could let us purchase the screws for metal sills online so we can be sure to get the right kind.
2. It would be great to have more color options for the 3/4 single cell black out shades - because I love them so much. I noticed there were more options for the 3/8 shades, and it would be nice to have the same amount of options for the 3/4.
Other than those small things (which really are not a big deal at all) the blinds are beautiful. Thank you Justblinds for the great product and the great turnaround time! I cannot believe I bought blinds online and they fit so beautifully on my windows!
I bought a honeycomb blind for my sliding glass doors from JustBlinds.com in August 2010. The blind arrived promptly, and I was pleased with its appearance. I installed it exactly according to the instructions. For 2-3 months, the blind functioned well. Then one day I noticed that it was not raising evenly. I pulled back my curtain and saw that the blind had "traveled" 4-5 inches to the right (outside of its metal casing) and had crumpled up at that end. When I reported this (with photo) to the company, I was told that they would replace the blind. Then, today, they told me that their vendor had determined that the fault was mine, and that they would not replace the blind. I feel that I have been cheated out of $200. Do NOT use this company!
I ordered blinds from justblinds.com on 11/10/2010. The blinds never shipped, and two different customer service representatives lied about it. They keep giving me fake shipping dates, each saying the previous representative "didn't submit the order." I am now trying to recover my money from this scam.
I have read a lot of reviews about this company online, and apparently this used to be a reputable company. But read the reviews from this year. This company has devolved into a scam, using the past positive reviews to trick people into ordering and never delivering blinds at all.
Looks like I will have to dispute the charges on my credit card, and file a fraud complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office.
All I wanted was a small set of blinds for one of my bathrooms, and instead what I got was a huge hassle and NO blinds at all. AVOID THIS SCAM!

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
Answer: Ours is about 1/2 inch, the same as the blinds we replaced these with. Ours are light blocking and work very well.
