I placed an order of over $1,000 worth of blinds on this website and waited for over two weeks without receiving any shipment or any contact about the order from the company. When I tried to contact them, no one responded to me. When I finally got hold of them, I was told that they did not have the specification of the products I ordered, however, they did charge my credit card in full on the day I put the order in. I requested to cancel the order and I was told that it usually takes more than a week to get refund (I still have not received my refund as I am writing this message). My advice is to avoid doing business with this vendor if at all possible.
Good products, timely and very good customer service. They replaced blinds for me which really didn't need replacement - but they wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I'm a repeat customer.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
