Bonjour chers amis, j'ai été bien été assisté et guidé avec beaucoup de compétence et surtout une grande attention à mes explications. J'ai bien résolu mon problème pour l'un des récepteurs branché par cable ethernet grace à vous, l'autre en wifi ne se branche toujours pas, mais c'est indépendant de vos conseils ( très bons). C'est surtout à cause de mon fournisseur interne: La Poste / Sfr) qui est incapable de me fournir une prestation convenable. Merci et félicitations à votre assistant.

Il a fallu que j'argumente mon point pour des frais de 40$ au lieu de 2$ pour avoir un remboursement, que j'ai car j'avais toute fait des imprimés écrans; il a fallu que j'envoie trois courriels pour effectuer les corrections nécessaires sur ma carte de crédit!
