I needed help troubleshooting the convection fan on my Samsung oven. The technician gave me a list of symptoms to accurately pinpoint the problem. After identifying the correct symptom, he gave me a list of possible problems. Next he gave me options for correcting the problem and helped me determine if I could do the repair myself. Then with the model number, he was able to send me a link to the part number to order the part I needed. So now I am waiting to receive the part and will see how easy it is to install. I'm confident if I need more assistance, I will be able to check with Dino.
