I called because my microwave oven did now work. After providing the model number the technician with the model number and a description of the behavior he reported the need for a new door switch. He pointed me to a website from which I could buy the switch and a video showing how to install it.
I made the mistake of giving the technician Austin 2653 a 5 star rating.
When the part arrived I discovered these problems:
1. The technician specified the wrong part number.
2. The installation was more involved than indicated. There were actually 3 door switches, not just one.
3. When looking for the correct part, I realized that the site recommended charged a price 8 times that for which the correct part could be purchased on Amazon.
4. The voltage rating for the replacement part was lower than the original (failed) part.
5. When I contacted the technician, he refused to take responsibility for his mistake. Rather he implied that I had given him bad information which resulted in his poor performance.
6. When cancelling the JustAnswer subscription, I realized that they were charging me over 40 USD periodically for the service.
I love my constant companion and the rascal went in my purse. I found him crunching the last of the cookies. I knew that could be very dangerous. My vet was closed. Your help was an answer to my prayers. The vet assured me 2 cookies were no lethal and just to watch him. He finethank you
Took about 1 hour to get a doc on the phone and about 3 hours to check temperature, covid and everything else. Took an additional 10 min drive to obtain xray to eliminate pneumonia. That wait was only about 15 minutes. Everything considered, we were happy.
Our remote stopped working during the playoffs. New batteries didn't work so ordered a new one and couldn't connect it. Turns out it came bad batteries. I had checked all the connections and I couldn't get one back in properly and he told me how to do. He showed me to use the Joey to connect the new remote. It worked
I was ready to give up. I'm not to great with texting and taking photos. Mark P hung in there with me. There's hope after all.

Paula was awesome in helping me figure out what was going on with Milo. Before I called he appeared to be drunk or high but no one in my house are smokers or big drinkers. Because my little guy is our baby he goes every outside of to work with us. He went my husband to visit a friends house and got a contact because this he is a big smoker. Very scary because I did not know what was wrong and I just wanted him to be ok. He is doing better this morning still a little lazy but his tail is waging and his walking without falling.

We knew what to expect at the urgent care for pets. They advised us wisely and although our dog wound up having liver cancer and would not live very long maybe 2weeks-2months with hospital care. They followed up the day after to see if I had any concerns. I recommend them highly for their great concern and thoroughness.
The information needed to resolve the problem was precise, plainly given in simple language and expertly explained!
