Got all questions answered in a timely manner. I was even shown examples I could use to help with my situation.
Just set up new monitor with webcam and speakers. Would not work. Technician talked me through getting it to work. Very patient. Took about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

I received a phone call from Dr Brian. He was very nice, but the only help offered was to take cat to a vet. If I were able to do that, I would have. So I spent $39 on nothing. Beware of using this service.

I've used JustAnswer before and in that experience was good. But this time I was referred to JustAnswer incorrectly and Amar quickly understood this and said I should contact my bank.
