Honestly, the best part of the whole experience was that within a couple of minutes I was talking with a live person. Most online services now are ai based( ie… Get Your Guide. Long story). Had a problem with my RV refrigerator and when I posted my question on Justanswer Ryan called within a couple of minutes. We talked about the situation and was genuinely concerned about the issue. The water pump went on my Yanmar 315 256 lpa2 diesel engine. I already belonged to Just Answer. So I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask my questions on my Just Answer App. Well, I was assigned a mechanic, Ivan. He did everything except come to my boat to help fix it. He knew diesel engines, I know, because I have quite a bit of experience with them. He kept working for me, trying to figure out the best and most efficient way to get me back out on the ocean. I was contemplating rebuilding the part, but Ivan and I came to the conclusion, that just purchasing a brand new pump with all the gaskets, impeller, and bearings would not only be the best way, but it would save me from having a mechanic at a marina rip me off by selling me the part at an inflated price, then charging me to install it. To have a mechanic at a marina do the work, it would have cost me $1,000.00 for the part, then another $450 for him to come to my boat to install it. I purchased a brand new part, OEM, online for $700.00, removed 3 bolts, then put the new gasket on and bolted the new part right on the engine. Took all of 25 minutes. So rather than having to wait for a local mechanic to come do the work, he said he would not be able to service my engine for another 2 weeks, I'm back in the water, with a new part that cost me $700, rather than still waiting for the mechanic to come, charge me almost $1500 to do the install. I truly believe that if Ivan, the mechanic from Just Abswer, lived nearby, he would have come to my boat to help me install the part. Ivan was great, saved me $100's of dollars, and actually cared about my issue, he was very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend that everyone should join Just Answer, to save themselves money and valuable time.

Dr Emily was amazing! Our springer spanate mouse poison and it was after regular vet hours. Dr Emily responded immediately and calmly talked me through what to do as it was an emergency. She then responded quickly to my follow-up questions and our puppy is ok
The website stated that a $5 charge would be made to ask a question but immediately a $40 appeared on my credit card. I have the order number but no one could reverse the charge after trying for 2 hours. This is extremely poor customer service.

My pet dog injured herself & I was unsure if she needed medical attention or if I could provide care for her. The vet responded very quickly to my questions & I was able to get my fur baby the medical attention she needed. I felt very well taken care of & vet was very attentive to my needs.
My young bulldog's bum was bothering her suddenly at 11:30 p.m. and continued till 3:30ish a.m. She wouldn't rest and whimpered all night. I got a call from a very helpful Vet and he helped me settle her down and she finally slept around 4:30 a.m. With his suggested dose of Benadryl! I was very grateful!

Your technician Nick B. Worked tirelessly with me for about an hour guiding me to link my printer so it would allow me to scan to email, which he anticipated would be a simple matter. We were challenged by a number of unexpected roadblocks which Nick was able to solve, while maintaining a cheerful, patient attitude, however the final roadblock was discovered to be a problem with my Macbook Pro. I was then out of time, so Nick emailed me a link to instructions for completing the printer hookup for me to use when I get my Macbook working right and also urged me to contact JustAnswer If I needed more help. I am very satisfied with Nick's commitment to solving my problem
