New Bushnell Wingman speaker would not pair with my iphone 15 pro. Tech was able to tell me how to reset the device by putting a pin in the rest hole next to the charging port (without having the charger connected). After the reset it pair correctly.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again.
