My dog was shivering, panting, and whimpering. The local veterinary ER had a 6 hour wait and while I was looking for options, I came across just answer. I was connected with a veterinarian in less than a minute. Dr.Emilie guided with me with how to assess my dog and to determine if an ER visit is needed ASAP. She walked me through the whole process. I just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint again your company. I called for a $5 answer on april. 15th. I was charged and additional $30 in april for wwhich I never got a receipt. I only found out by checking my credit card. I signed in to cancel then and thought I had succeeded but checking my credit account today I saw another $30 charge for which I again did not receive a receipt to tell me I was still beingcharged. I know for certain that i have now canceled, but I want a refund for the may charges. This is a rip-off

So I followed their directions went to the store purchased what they requested or suggested did my little in-home at home in my RV treatment to my Shih Tzu and today she is a little better. I bet I have to continue with the process until I can get my dog into the vet almost due to. I didn't know what to do with my dog if it was severe enough to leave and I've been able to stay and she goes to the vet tomorrow thank you thank you thank you to just answer!
