The Attorney answer my questions and concerns. He was able to understand my need to get what I am owed, but my need to attempt grace first. He outlined what I may have to do without telling me what to do. He has very kind as well. That I appreciated.

He was so kind, knowledgeable and most importantly PATIENT with me while I gathered tools and tried to follow his instructions(he even cheered me on at one point by telling me I "could do this") It was definitely a much better experience than I expected and I will use this service again for sure!

My husband and I discovered we had both given our dog a dose of trazodone for storm anxiety.

Just discovered that JustAnswer charged me $63.00! I was told it would be a dollar. Also they did not resolve my question and gave me another number to call.

I had ordered a game online via Microsoft store. Months later but before the game launched, the game launch date changed.
Microsoft just cancelled my purchase but no refund was given.
The JustAnswer chat person was great. However, the end solution was for me to call Microsoft support and they were completely useless so the issue is unresolved.
