With A family member in my home, not paying their rent and abusing and threatening and not leaving. I was at my wits end. I didn't want to have to. I wanted to be done quick and my questions were answered advice was given. It was a great experience. I feel much better and I know.

Matt was excellent-patient, kind great at what he does. He solved my problem and it was late at night. 5 star! At first, though, no one called me for quite some time. Finally, after a couple hours of waiting, Matt called me and asked what he could do for me. The solution was not easily come by, but he didn't give up. He eventually sent me a list of things that could possibly be causing the problem. This was at midnight my time. I was getting tired and want to say the heck with it. Went down the list and the second things I tried was the solution and it was quite simple actually. I can't tell you how pleased I was that Matt hung in until we had the problem solved. Great job!

Want to warn all the good people out there about JustAnswer.

Disappointed with how deceptive 'Just Answer' has been.

I needed vet advice after hours and they claimed that for $5 usd they will answer you question.

They sneakily hide the fact that you're signing up for a monthly subscription at $30 in the fine print. As a person who tries to be careful with finances, this really ticks me off.

I spoke to my bank, and they mentioned that this happens a lot with 'Just Answer.' They said that, "unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about the initial loss of funds since it's cleverly buried in their contract details."

Here's what happened: I thought I was just getting a simple answer to a question from 'Just Answer,' but instead, I got roped into a recurring subscription without my clear consent. It's frustrating because every dollar counts, and being tricked like this by 'Just Answer' feels like a real betrayal.

My advice to all of you if this happened to you is to cancel your order with 'Just Answer' immediately and make sure to keep your cancellation confirmation email. If they charge you again after you've canceled, you can contact your bank and provide them with the email containing your cancellation confirmation as proof.

Good luck to everyone dealing with 'Just Answer.' It's really sad and disheartening that such dishonest scammers are out there preying on unsuspecting people. We should be able to trust services like 'Just Answer' to be upfront and transparent, but unfortunately, that's not always the case. Stay vigilant and protect your hard-earned money from 'Just Answer.'

Dr. Scott brought my anxiety and concern about my dog, who ate a small amount of chocolate, from a ten to zero! I was freaking out and he calmly took time to explain everything I needed to look for and do with my dog, who was 65lbs and not harmed in anyway by the small amount of chocolate he ate. But, I didn't know that until I spoke with Dr. Scott. He calmly told me what I needed to know and thank you for having such a dedicated Doctor on your staff!
