When i saw notice of the 1st of the recurring monthly charges (for a service i used only once and don't need) i was unable to access my justanswer account so i went through my bank to dispute the charge and block future ones--i then wrote a very negative review of justanswer--within a single day justanswer contacted me, apologizing for the difficulty i'd encountered with their service, canceling my inadvertent subscription, and refunding me the 2nd monthly charge--a day later the refund has posted to my bank as pending--that is a very speedy, professional and customer-friendly response from justanswer

They will not notify you or send any communications about this membership (because they do not want you to realize you have one) and will automatically charge you.
A dentist, Dr. Katz, listened to my dental questions and was extremely helpful in sorting through my questions. I am amazed at how helpful he was. Thank you for this service.

Terrible. They tell you they'll charge you $5 and then they charge you $39+. Won't refund that money because they said that info was in the terms. Well, the section for my credit card info was at the very top of the page (not beneath the terms as with most (reputable) companies. Yes, I should've scrolled down. They don't care and refuse to refund. Stay away or else read every word before you give them any info.

They asked me a question, which I did not reply to, and then they drew money against my credit card. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISHONEST. These are the people who should be in our prisons. Thieving is illegal, and so is telling lies.

My daughter's 4 month old dog ate some flowers that might be poisonous to her.
Dr Mark answered our questions right away. He gave us his opinion and made recommendations.
I was told help would cost me £1.00 when registering which I did, I was not told that I would automatically me charged another £ 39.00 on top of that as apparently I was a member In the past. On top of that they could not contact me to help me with my problem I feel cheated and angry.
As far as I was aware, I paid to have ONE question answered. I was not aware that they were billing my credit card for a "membership" for many months after. They know very well that people won't notice and that's probably how they make the bulk of their money. It's unfortunate because I liked the answer I was provided and would have used them again if it were not for the fact that they have this hidden charge and REFUSED to refund me for the many months after my one and only question. These types of deceptive business practices should be illegal. Shame on this company. Shame on every reputable magazine that gave them a good review.

Was told it would be 5.00 to ask a question and then I was charged a 40.00 membership with no notification. Chat agent said there was nothing they could do to support the refund of a charge that was still pending on my card. Turns out they already have a lawsuit under their belt for doing exactly this. DO NOT USE!
