Emergencies with our pets always happen on weekends. We were dog sitting a tiny schnoodle who was stung on his paw by a yellow jacket. Reached out to Apple Help when l was charged for a free trial l had already cancelled. They said l needed to talk to someone with Tech & said there would be a $1 refunded fee. I agreed & gave my CC number. I was then connected to a chat session with JustAnswer. His advice-reinstall program then cancel it again! After disconnecting l checked my CC online. There was a $49 charge l was NOT notified of, did NOT approve or authorize. I IMMEDIATELY called my card company & said it was unauthorized & do NOT process it!
