The service was kind and considerate. I was able to obtain the information required to help my dogs health and where to obtain the medication to make it possible. Cannot thank the service enough. I called because my 13 yr old Bassett hound was panting, shaking, very clingy but did not want to be consoled. I read online that could be a sign of medical emergency. The Dr explained that he was just having an anxiety attack. She suggested some Benadryl to help calm him down. It worked like a charm. He is much happier today

I tried for 2 hours to figure out how to get the control lock off, my dishwasher would NOT operate, I even went to the circuit breaker, turned it on and off, NOTHING,. I went on line and asked how to get the control lock off, JUST ANSWER came up. I continued with them and a technician (from New York, I am in California) called me within 1 minute and asked me two questions, I answered and he told me what to do and Presto we were up and working, It was a simple answer, but I had no clue. The control lock said to hold for 3 seconds. I did that but nothing, he said to hold the button on top of the control lock and that worked like a dream, I just wish there was some way I could tip this guy, I have company and my day was going down hill really fast until he helped me. **********. Wish I could give him 10 *

My furbaby had discharge and dried blood after grooming. The vet on call was wonderful! She calmed my worry and gave me a suggestion to use household items to make a gentle flush. Worked like a miracle. Baby and mommy now able to rest until we can get to vet office on Monday. I wish I could give her a hug
