Our ice tray wouldn't go back to its main position for making ice. Matthew was very kind and helpful. I had no idea how to fix it. He was so patient with me and carefully walked me through each step and stayed on the phone until the issue was resolved. Today we he a working ice maker again, thanks to Matthew. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
