Your page said it would cost $5 to speak with a representative and it is refundable. Well, I had no idea I would be charged $52.00. Plus your site was not working which is where your handbook is located on the web. So I thought I was talking to someone who works for GE. At no time was it stated that it would cost $52 and that he could not fix it. So now I have to get someone to come to my house who is going to charge me to fix it. In fact, he is coming tomorrow. What a rip off by GE. Next time I will just call my appliance store and save money.

He then gave further advice if I do not get a response from that and then a third step if there is still no adequate response it was very helpful and I intend to follow his advice
