The only problem I had is that apparently my phone was blocking his calls. And I don't know if it was thinking it was spam or not. But he did send me a maintenance brochure and a video on how to fix my problem.
I was worried about my 17yr old doxie who had his anal glands expressed on a Friday but throughout the morning on Saturday had to go out every 2.5 -3hours to go outside. I was exhausted but had to find out what was wrong with my best friend. I asked many questions and was reassured by Dr Irvana that I needed to take him to the vet as soon as possible to get him checked out. After taking him to his vet I found out that it wasn't his anal glands that had him pacing outside to find his perfect spot, but that he caught a kidney infection and was given meds to combat it. Thanks to Dr Irvana for calming my worries and thoughtfully answered all my concerns.

Franklin did not give up and was able to find what I ell call an unorthodox solution that solved the issue between my remote and my fan. His patience and persistence were greatly appreciated.
