Dr, Haines was right on the money - referred me to Chewy and I purchased the necessary items and hopefully within a few days my babies will be feeling better.
I had to pay $1 to get a phone call. The tech said she called, my phone never rang. She said she'd call in 10 minutes, she didn't. Come to find out I'd subscribed to 'whatever' for $55 a month. Extremely frustrating. I had NO IDEA that I wasn't talking to an Xfinity customer service rep, that it was an outside vendor... I see it as a scam, probably an Xfinity subsidiary, of course I don't know that. In the end I was e-mailed a phone number for Xfinity for which I was grateful. My issue isn't with this vendor, it's with Xfinity.
Needed egr cooler torque settings, spent hours searching internet, never used just answer before and I'm glad I did. Kevin the mechanic got the torque settings very quickly. Super service.

Not a good experience. I had to get another rep to finally resolve issue. I had to get credit from Just Answer because I did not request Just Answer. Terrible experience. But now I know! Avoid Just Answer!

It was a Happy New Year and I called my doctor Dr. Dixon and she was out. So I got on the internet to find help. I found Just Answer website for help and the staff member was very nice and quickly found me a Veterinarian. Dr. SimranM. Dr. Simian stayed with me and gave me instructions as to help my poodle Scarlett telling me to give her 1 slice of bread then peroxide 3 % 3 tsp. Then walk her to get the solution and bread moving. Wait 20 min then if she does not vomit repeat in 20 minutes. She was awesome.
I'm having a tankless hot water heater issue. I've viewed JustAnswer often for other issues. But never open a chat of my own. I'm glad I did. I now have some guidance to ask my plumber to check.
My 18 month old French Bulldog Otis ate a whole Almond Joy from a bag i had forgotten that I had left beside my bed. I came out of the bedroom and noticed he was unusually quiet. There he was lying beside the empty wrapper with "that look" on his face and The Both Pieces were Gone! I panicked. I called the vet who informed me to call their poison control number. I did. It was $89 just to connect. In the meantime I had been searching advice online and saw your service. I put in my information was connected to a veterinarian and for $5 I was given the news that Otis did not ingest enough chocolate to be toxic to his system. I'm not cheap but it am frugal and love my crazy Otis. That is all.

The service was kind and considerate. I was able to obtain the information required to help my dogs health and where to obtain the medication to make it possible. Cannot thank the service enough. Will definitely call again when and if required. Having no local veterinary service these people are a god send.
