I was trying to fix an app issue with the app company and "just answer" ad popped up and looked like patt of the app companies site but was an add and I submitted my credit card info thinking it was the app company. The site stated it would only chage a dollar and the charged 52 dollars to my credit card.
Helpful with returning my two packages - accidentally ordered two of the same coat & it doesn't fit (too tight across shoulders & too short in the sleeves).

I have not been able to enter Duolingo for at least a week. When i talked to the expert (Stephan) the problem was not solved even though he was very patient and spent a lot of time. The problem was blamed on my device but i have not had any other problems. It is impossible for me to change the password. If this problem is not solved in the next few days, i will stop Duolingo and ask for a refund. This year was recently paid.

Mortgage company lost 2 mortgage payments and won't give me trace numbers. Both my banks gave me trace numbers in 10 minutes or less. I have spent over 28 hrs on the phone with M&T Bank regarding this issue with no resolution.

The appraiser was very knowledgeable about the wash pot I had reviewed. My only possible complaint was the amount of time it took to get the appraiser on the phone
Amir did great, but the only issue wasn't Amir's fault, the system ask for the rating too soon, I was in the process of asking more questions, and after my first question, I had other questions and the rating questionnaire made it seam like the session was over when I still had other questions. So that prevented me from giving Amir 5 stars
