Aside from sound advice that will give Sunny the 9 year old goldfish a chance to recover from dropsy... I think the next best part of this service is that the chats were with live humans, not AI/bots. A live phone call was an option, as well. If they were bots, they were darn authentic.
I was told it would only cost me $1 to chat online with a Tax expert about a question. But instead enrolled me in a membership for $37 that I did not want. I canceled it the same day with out a response. Two days later I get a response that could not answer my question and charged the $37 dollars. This happened on 5/10/25 to 5/12/25.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
