I paid 5.00 to ask a question and then found my credit card had been charged 5.00 plus another 50.00!
I did not ask for a membership nor was I told this would happen.
Buyer BEWARE!

This was my query to 'Kevin': Sometimes when I try to lock the doors externally, I get the double bleep and the doors do not lock. I can resolve this by puling open the child lock on the rear right door. This method has now stopped working. Richard I received NO response, from Kevin of anyone else.

My dogs got to childrens ibuprophen. I called poison control and they helped me find a solution quick and so far, my dogs are ok.

I text support, but need a one on one verbal connection to guide me through. The teck was knowledgable on talking me through changing paper change on the printer.

My experience was great in solving my problem, but misinformed about having to buy a $44 membership in order to get help doing it. I never knew that I had to join a membership for $44. I was only asked to pay $5 initially. Nothing was mentioned about a monthly membership payment! My only complaint! 😖

I usually use just answer for marine diesel trouble shooting and they've generally been very knowledgeable and helpful. The technology can be challenging. I'm usually under way on a boat and can't respond in a timely manner and the chat bots and support folks tend to think i've abandoned them. But the actual answer folks are more patient with waiting for a response. Overall I will use them afain and again.

My Future go-to for legal assistance. These guys are amazing. They are very quick to respond and give amazing feedback to help you with your situation. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

I did have a very good experience. The true solution ended up to be a return and replace.
