I've been using PayPal for years and.have been generally delighted with my experience. This time I had several complicated issues to resolve. I need to make a couple of more calls to get everything ironed out but the JustAnswer representatives have already been a great help. They summed up my problems much better than I did and told me exactly whom to call and the phone numbers.
It appears that you all do not want to speak with customers on the telephone. It took me almost an hour to finally reach a live person. Furthermore more when I did it was difficult to understand him because he was foreign. I have no problem with foreigners…I just don't think they should be advising customers about technical dealings on the telephone. Your representative tried desperately to fix the problem with my television without success. Finally after almost another hour he gave up and advised me that he would have a technician come to my home. It's very clear that you hire foreigners because the will work for less and you'll do anything to avoid sending your technicians into the field…. IT SAVES MONEY…but it's very frustrating for your customers! I fully understand that you all are in business to make money but you are fare from customer friendly. Finally I understand that my comments will fall on deaf ears. "Have a nice day!"
