Had a very serious issue and concern with one of my hens. The closest. Chicken vet in my area is over an hour away and they close at 5 pm unless you pay additional fees. So I decided to give this a try and oh my gosh! I can't say enough good about the entire process. 1. I received some prescreening questions and that wasn't bad at all. After the prescreening I had a question and answered with a vet tech. Once it had been determined my hen was in crisis the process of getting a vet on line began. I had no idea what to expect but it was very speedy actually. My time online with the vet was not rushed at all and even afterward when he had given me his diagnosis and recommendations he remained online to answer any additional questions I might have……which I did because I always think of those things after the fact. He was still available and answered my questions. The outlook for my hen was bleak unfortunately. Dr. Mike sent me links and other additional information. The info in the links and everything he told me were all spot on with my hen's symptoms. I didn't want it to be true but it was. Even her symptoms she displayed later on were just as he told me they would be. This was a hard day but would have been much harder if I had been having to guess about all that was going on. I wouldn't hesitate to contact a vet in this manner again whether it's after hours (if available or weekends).

Preliminary steps were taken to direct me to the right division of the UPS. I now have to wait for a reply from them with so far has taken since August 17.
I am still confused and although I got answers to my problem it is complicated and it cost me £40 to try and cancel an order of £33 and now i will need to cancel justanswer or I will be charged £39 a month and I don't know how to do that.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
