I went on the site because it advertised quick answers with an expert. I had to speak with a chat bot that asked good questions to give context to said expert and connected me within around 15-30 min. In that time I went on google to make sure just answer wasn't a scam. I saw a few reviews from reddit and other forums from 5 years ago where most reviews were negative but I kept looking around because my issue was really personal (if I had made the right decision in trusting my veterinarian to euthanize my pet ferret) I saw more recent reviews that gave me renewed hope that the service was legitimate and in the end I received a message from the chat bot to tell me she had found an expert. The expert was kind and proffessional and answered me truthfully.

There was confusion about what the fee was supposed to be, but if it was $39, I think I got my money's worth.
