I would have been better off having ChatGPT or AI answer my question about my dog. The veterinarian did not give me a single solution to help my dog. He just referred me to customer service. I have been dealing with vets since I was 12 years old with my horses and other animals and now at 54 years old I have never dealt with an incompetent vet in my life! So, please do not use this service for your animals!
I was shocked, Facebook directed me here and it said I had to pay £1 for advice, they then wanted me to pay more for more indepth advice, which I refused and found them no help at all. Then I checked my bank and they had taken £35.00 without my permission, when I challenged them, they said it was non refundable and part of the agreement, this is a total con be very careful
I asked three times how the fees were arrived at and no one would specify until after I received the "I can't help you" answer. Then, for those words, I paid not only the two dollar membership but a full month fee of $66. I cancelled immediately so will dispute the charge. BEWARE, this is a rip off!
Yesterday I inquired about a subject on my account and paid 10 pounds, just this morning I have realized a pending deduction of 50 pounds, this fraud on my account
On January 23,2025, I was looking to ask questions from the Social Security administration, but some kind of way I ended up on this website. I remembered reading a page that said it would be a charge of $5.00 for them to answer my question. Next thing I know my account was charged $5.00 and $55.00! I went back on your website and cancelled my membership... And sent a message to the expert that was supposed to help me that I was unhappy with his response and wanted my membership cancelled and refunded. The membership was cancelled but I have not received a refund. Really $55.00 to answer a question and the response was not even close to what I needed to do! Think I will contact BBB with this complaint on your account.
They scam you, do not deal with them. They show you pay 1 pound, but the fine print says you sign up for 39 pound/month for nothing.
Is a scam dont use. People giving advice are not qualified. Don use the website. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
I was led to believe I was paying £5 for an initial chat. Did not get a call back as scheduled and cancelled because I did not need them. Still no call back anyway 2 hours later just a text answering a question I did not even ask. Saw that then took £44 from my account. Now I see today another £50 because they signed me up for a membership without my knowledge or consent. No emails etc. Total rip off and judging by all the similar complaints is probably a scam as no respectable solicitor would work for this outfit. Trying to get refund but no response and difficult to sort out.
I was charged £35 for 10 months just for replying to a simple question! This is grossly overcharge!
I contacted them to assist with an issue I had with my cooker and they requested a credit card to charge me £1
However beware once you have given it you will be charged £30 per month as you have become a member. Please be sure you cancel your membership within 3 days even though you are not made aware that you have become a member. It's a pure ripoff
I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS FEE FOR THIS, I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND, TOTAL OF 60.00, YOU DID NOT TELL ME THERE A WAS FEE,THIS VERY POOR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, IF YOU DON'T RETURN THIS FEE I WILL DENIED THE THIS CHARGE AS FRAUDULENT.
I paid £5 for an answer (which I think was automated) regarding my parking ticket. Even I would be able to come with the answer for that. I then noticed £50 pending charge on my credit card. Luckily I was able to cancel when I signed into the website and checked my membership which said 7 days free trial and after that £50 monthly membership! I cancelled the membership online which was easy to do, but that did not cancel the £50 already pending on my credit card. Apparently I have signed for 3 days free trial and the £50 monthly fee membership. I do not remember agreeing to anything like that and have not received any email confirmation of such subscription. Luckily I was able to cancel this as I argued that website says 7 days free membership ( it was 6 days), but the contact on the phone mentioned 3 days free membership only. I had a refund email immediately after that.
I cannot stop thinking that the company is trying to extract more money from unsuspected customers which are asking for help- obviously already in distress and unsuspecting the preying website.
Watch out! You automatically sign up for a membership when you ask a question. 60 CHF/GB£/$...
Will be deducted from you're card monthly. Be careful to cancel your membership right away.
I would give you no stars. Your practices are disgusting as far as I'm concerned. You may not be illegal but you sail very close to the wind. Sham on you.You sent a pop up during a call to ee which I believed was part of ee and proceeded to take a total of 52.84 pounds from my account even though I gave you NO details of my account and didn't answer the question.
I had used Just answer for a problem. I was requested to pay £5 for this. When I paid it I discovered £28 was also taken for membership fee which is due monthly. When I raised it, the membership was cancelled from next time meaning I will not be getting it back. This is illegal certainly. Anyone gone through this and any action taken please
I wouldn't advise anyone to use this site. Incompetent and exist just to scam you out of your money. Disgusting company.
I made one call and was billed every month for a year, I didn't catch it on my bank statements. When I complained, all they said was no refund.
I posted a question and had to sign up for a 3 day trial for £5. My question was answered and was wrong in law. They took £50 from my account. I promptly closed the account but they have taken a further £50. I can find no details of them in UK otherwise I'd see them in court.
They tell you that you are signing up to a 3 day trial Membership, but if you do not cancel in time they automatically charge you £50 as they already have your card info, you cannot ask a question to a professional unless you give them your bank details. I have been charged £50 since February and it is now June and I have only just noticed as I have neglected checking my account as have had other stressful things going on. They are telling me I am not entitled to a full refund and very kindly given me £50 back, what a nerve they have the owner must be laughing himself all the way to his bank! I will never make this mistake again but I have paid heavily to learn this lesson
You pay £1 for an answer (in my case an incorrect one), but then get charged £30 each month until you notice the payments leaving your account. The email confirming the £1 payment does not mention the ongoing payments or need to cancel
