JustAnswer.co. Have been charging me fraudulently for months! I signed up for a one-time question where I did not get the answer. After that these guys charged me €35 per month for... well nothing! I had no idea. JustAnswer is not a legitimate business, they make their money by tricking you into signing up for a monthly membership WITHOUT your knowledge, then charging your card monthly without ever sending you an email about your membership, monthly charges etc. I only noticed months later, so I am out of a good bit of money for which I got NO SERVICE whatsoever.

Only the the very first one is legit, the rest is fraudulent. There was no service provided, whatsoever, there is no membership, nothing. There is no reason for all the other charges other than fraud. I have never authorized ANY recurring charges.

This one of those LetsGetTheUnsuspectingCustomerOnceForAllWeCan businesses that do not care about their reputation at all, they'll skin you once using the fine print most people do not read. They will never send you an email saying you created an account, we will charge you such and such per month. They just place the charges on your card hoping that you wouldn't notice. Shameful...
