I had never even heard of this store before I had a fraudulent transaction appear from my bank card. I attempted to get my money refunded via Chat, but the customer service person just kept saying that they couldn't find out who used my card details and to contact the police. The store is in Casablanca, I am in Australia. I work for an online store here, and our company would at least look into the transaction, and when found would be able to tell it wasn't me. This company is just a front for criminal activity.
Zéro étoile serait plus approprié
Je préférerais zéro étoile car ma commande n'a jamais été expédiée. Cela fait un mois et depuis, aucune information n'a été reçue et les e-mails ne reçoivent tout simplement pas de réponse! L'argent a été empoché! Plus jamais!
Se site est intéressant surtout la façon dont il est fourni ces services aussi les prix choquantes et les services après ventes.
Essayer de demander ou aussi de vendre vos services sur le Maroc au d'autre pays.
Pour mon expérience j'ai acheté et aussi demander pour mes amis et ils ont hâte de la qualité des achats.
