Great, everything arrived in a box and inside was another box with the item, totally protected.
The thing I like most is that your customer service ~ Nina, contected me immediately due to unavailable size of the item I purchased. This kept me from waiting too long cause I would like my husband to get the gift before Valentine's Day. And the John Hardy leather bracelet is gorgeous, my husband loves it very much! Would definitely recommend to others.
