While I appreciate packaging that keeps my purchase safe from damage during transport, it was quite excessive for a silicone watch band. The band arrived in a bubble wrap envelope inside a box, inside a larger box...just not environmentally conscious! Otherwise, very satisfied with the quality and price of the product, as well as the quick shipping!

Overall the process was very good. I did respond to my sales associate that the free candy gift was not included (he's looking into a replacement) and that the necklace should have been better secured in the box for shipment--it came to me all tangled and required a significant amount of time to get untangled (and would have been a disaster if I had given it to my wife that way).
Spoilt for choice for John Hardy earrings, delighted with my purchase, and would certainly recommend J.R.Dunn to friends and family.
The only feedback I have is to not completely detail what the item is on the customs form. The form is displayed on the outside of the package, so everyone who handled it knew that there was a Gucci money clip on the inside. I'm not too worried about anyone going out of their way to steal a money clip, but if it had been something more valuable, it would help to not describe it in such great detail. Customs does not care if you put "personal item" as the description. Everything else was great!
Ordered online and paid for next day delivery. Then I called after one day when I didnt see an shipment notification. Was then told item was not in stock. After 3 more additional days of back and forth with customer support. Ring was sent out without next day shipping. It arrived late and ruined my engagement plans. I had to call to even get the next day shipping refunded. No offers from anyone to make it right.

My niece absolutely loved her ring! It was for her college graduation! Looks beautiful on her! (And the complimentary candy was so beautifully gift wrapped and wonderful!)
Customer service is great- unfortunately the earring are much thinner than I had expected and will be returning them.
If possible I picture of a model wearing them would've helped me understand the earring size. But JR Dunn employees were very responsive and made the return process seamless. I will definitely order again from them!
Smooth transaction. Had to exchange it for another one because I got the wrong necklace, and the transition was very easy.
