They were excellent to deal with. Item wasn't in stock but received it within one week anyway! The necklace was ever more beautiful than it appeared online. Just the right size and very sparkly!

You had the necklace in stock and you shipped it out right away. Nothing was damaged in shipping but the box had a big hole in it. Just so you know for the future to pack the items a little better I love love love my necklace this is the most I've ever spent on a piece of jewelry but I love it.
